A History Of New Beginnings                                                                             2013

I was hired by Sheffield based immersive theatre company, The Bare Project as the Space Designer for their performance 'A History Of New Beginnings'. Commissioned by Sheffield University, the work recreated the rich history of Sheffield's Student Union through 9 spaces from WWII lookouts and 1900's Ballrooms to election campaigns, 1950's bars and archive rooms. The ephemeral work lasted just for one hour in an invitation only event that celebrated the new union building across 5 floors with 200 guests.
